I am right behind you, today was day thirty-two. I too will start me my re-eating, as prescribed, with juice and raw fruit for the first week and then slowly reintroduce other foods. You should rightfully be very proud of yourself, most people can't go forty days on just water.
I also spend a great deal of time reading about healthy food and watching the "Food Network". At this very moment I am in the process of making a number of different kind of pickles. LOL
after going forty days with out food, quiting smoking will be a "piece of cake" HA HA
