Bromide Fire Retardant Exposure is Everywhere


Even if you've cleared your diet and disgorged a lot of bromide, I think the main constant exposure we have had since the 1970s is bromide fire retardants. Only Sweden has seriously phased them out.

Regarding Sweden:

The only car without bromide in the upholstery, wiring, carpet, dashboard, etc., is a Volvo.

Ikea, being a Swedish firm, doesn't use bromide in its couches and mattresses.
