Have you ever done Dry Skin Brushing to stimulate the lymph nodes? I do it, but should do it every single day. I also do rebounding (bouncing excersizes) usually 2 times a day to help lymph glands detox, along with other things.... is there a peticular cleanse for this? I work up a sweat on my daily walk and also with several other activities, so that should help.
