hi everyone. i am trying to get my digestion back to normal since I am very underweight even though I eat a lot of food. I realize this is because I have a problem with absorption, which stems from me overeating when not hungry. I am trying to force myself to only eat when my stomach tells me to, but I get such strong cravings throughout the day that it is nearly impossible. Does anyone have any advice on what I could do to get rid of these cravings?? My stomach is always so full of food that I can never fit any liquids down and I have trouble swallowing. I am also starting to develop mild Acne because of this and want to get fix my digestion ASAP. Thank you for your help.
