Take a peek at a program called, "I Can Make You Thin," on the TLC channel.

They are all about returning to 'normal', naturally and easily, through a fresh mindset.

Just watching the five or six segment series, I feel a person could use this program to change anything about themselves they wish to.

One point they mentioned was that real hunger comes on slowly...and that 'cravings' come on all of a sudden.

Another very basic hint to good health is given by Daisy4 in the Salt forum...


Only two Himalayan crystal salt footbaths, in a 1% solution (as salty as tears), unexpectedly banished all anxiety, and reduced edema on the tops of my feet.

All it does for me, as far as I can tell, is balance the body's minerals and water, through osmosis, and dilute any toxins. All without my having to 'calculate' what I need.
