If you run into friends, family and/or people who have ongoing issues in spite of their perseverance and dedication to health and wellness... this would be the direction I would explore...
Another thing I would do, especially if you have, or have had high blood pressure, is to stay away from potassium chloride as a main source of potassium... use foods and only if necessary, a potassium citrate if you can find it.
I have seen this work wonders, people dropping weight, and ameliorating health issues like crazy... the medical industry KNOWS this stuff; your doctor may not... okay, I am getting angry... breathe in, breathe out...
