Im new...am i silly???

Hi im new to this forum over the years ive had very bad eczema for which i have had to use huge ammounts of cream (steroids included) off the dr all full of nasty chemicals. im sure my kidneys are stressed especially as my liver is and im littered with parasites. i get extremly severe pain in the back of my hips which no amount of flexing squirming, bending can ease. i also know fora good few years i have been ignorant and dehydrated. do you think i have kidney stones?? or need a cleanse?? have a quick browse should i take herbs? or lemon water?? any help is much appreciated holavender xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Tweet
