as far as meal charts go I originally used the Fit For Life Books by Harvey & Marilyn Diamond: Fit For Life 1 & Fit For Life 2.
Prior to that I had to improvise with what I knew combined well and what didn't, which was a bit of a pain to begin with!!
I would strongly recommend those books for that reason, plus their additional books on food recipes that food-combine well, and that really aid digestion, preventing fermentation & putrefaction if foods are not combined properly.
