I really appreciate ur note, as I was suffering from this smell problem for
last 8 years, and now getting better after following a anti-candi diet.
No sugar, bread, sweets, white floury food, and fruits(my favourite).
Anyway eating lots of yoghurt, fish(was vegetarian for last 3 years, but started eating fish to get rid of this horrible problem), vegetables, water, whole food like brown rice, brown pasta, suppliments like chlorella, spirulina, multi vitamins, zinc, fish oil, garlic capsules. I followed this for last 2 months. And today I bought an anti-candi tablets.
I feel much better, regarding the smell, as for last 4 years it was 24/7, now its lot better, I still have some bad days, but lot better now. Hoping to stick to this diet for a year If I wanted to. My bowels are not very good either, and had a very bad constipation one day for the frist time of my life. It was scary. But I know the trick now. Lots of water and vegetables.
I couldnt do much exercise due to busyness, but will start a strict regime next month. Anyway hoping to get rid of this. Good luck to everybody.
