Thanks for the exercize tips, the hamstring stretch I know, so I lean back a little and keep my chip up for the rest of it. I can do that.
I did a liver flush a week and a half ago, my liver was pretty swollen, and I think that also really helped whatever was wrong with my knee. Could that be possible, or am I imagining things? I got out three pretty big stones, I'm planning on doing one next week, it was rough on me. I was pretty pleased with the results of the first flush, my liver shrank, and it feels a lot less congested, but I'm pretty sure I have more epsom salts to look forward to.
