Something I did the day before the anxiety "lifted"....it could be a coincidence, but it may have helped, who knows? I had xanax to take at bedtime (which I didn't use very much), but I woke up one morning so anxious and so exhausted emotionally from fighting for days on end, that I took the xanax in the morning instead. It knocked me on my butt and I slept for hours, but it seemed like it broke the cycle of the anxiety (I had a real pattern of how it would go every day...bad in the morning, easing up mid-afternoon).
Anything I can tell you that helps, I'm an open book. I know first hand how miserable you must be.
