Its the hormones that are probably the result of hairloss.
I have heard Soy products are good for premenopausal women with mood swings and anxiety. I started drinking soy milk, organic, im not sure but I think its helping.
You need to eat good food and take supplements, pure ones. Like flax seed oil or fish oil daily and a good amount of vitamin C.
Hang in there it will pass and you can do it.
