hello and welcome to the WD forums, i have been on this diet for nearly four years and counting! it's been quite a ride of trial and error, and once you begin to fast on a daily basis you surley feel it's detoxing benefits!
as for me,the hard part is over and now i can pretty much eat anything i want to and NOT gain a pound! once blood Sugar stables and the body is used to running efficiantly without constant eating- it begins to operate differently.
i notice that when i get hungry, i get really sweaty and then i start to burn the food i ate the night before as fuel,i get all ripped and muscular and veiny..it's kinda cool!
hope it all works out for you! the hardest part is getting that bloodsugar to even out the first couple months, you may or may not feel like you are starving for the first month or so...after that,it's smmooooooth sailing!!!
