I've been away for approximately 6 months and wanted to know if any changes have been made regarding the protocol. There have been so many post that I don't even know where to start!
I was one of the unfortunate few, who actually gained weight on iodine. Now that my hiatus is over, I am ready to get back on track - hopefully with no weight gain this time.
I was taking 8 drops a day (4 in the morning, 4 at before lunch) with baking soda, honey and ACV. I took Vitamin C, Selenium, Magnesium, and Calcium, plus a multi-vitamin.
From what I have read, I understand that I need to take even more Bs to prevent weight gain.
Am I missing anything?
