Do you think we should sue? Pain and Suffering?

I had mirena inserted in Sept of 2005. I was bad from the getgo. About 5 months of having the thing i started to have horrible pain in my lower left side. So bad it would literally bring me to my knees. So went to the GYN he said it has nothing to do with the IUD, and kept blaming it all on endometriosis or scar tissue. I went twice and every time they would prescribe pain meds. Which to say the least made me feel out of my mind. I eventually resorted to Laproscopic surgery to see why the pain was still there. They found "nothing" of course. I eventually decided to have the IUD removed. Ever since I've had it removed , I've not had one bit of pain. I feel completely normal. No more cystic acne. NO more hair loss. I lost weight.(thank goodness) It was honestly like a black cloud lifted. I don't know what they have in this thing or how it causes so many strange side effects, but I do know something needs to be done. I sent my story to that Attorney for class action. I also filed a complaint the FDA. What else can we do? I paid alot of money for a surgery I didn't EVEN Need! Had to have the IUD removed at a health clinic B/c i still owed a balance to my OB/GYN. It has been helacious.
