this has nothing to do with our opinions of the FDA or any other government agencies. I agree with you, by the way. This has to do with CZ TOS, and the possible repercussions that CZ could suffer as a result of someone disregarding this particular TOS:
"intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, including, without limitation, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ, and any regulations having the force of law;"
I think that you would agree with me that there are interests that would like to see CZ and other alternative healthsites disappear, permanently.
I know that CZ takes no responsibilty for an individual's postings. Could allowing public postings that one intends disregarding labeling and export laws be seen as tacit approval of these activities?
