By all means link it if youd like,i don't mind at all.
The only thing I would suggest as for eating..is to eat
BREAKFAST : )
And try to incorporate some beans in there someplace.
Try and get them every day so you get enough Amino Acids.
Other than that it seems like you are a very healthy eater you
just need to add a couple small meals in there so you get a complete
protien, such as mixing some brown rice w/ beans-since you only get
certain ones from the rice and other ones from the beans. Try
many different kinds of beans, but dont eat anything you find
to be disgusting. If you dont like beans at all..well-TOO BAD LOL!
