I also do not think that low bodyfat invariably leads to amenorrhea. And I do not believe that low bodyfat is absolutely a sign of malnutrition. You sound very healthy! Yes, that did sound like a definitive statement. Consider the context. I was responding to the other poster's statement:
If that statement is true, that means that you, I, and probably every woman we have ever known is unhealthy!
And yes, obese women do have many difficulties!
And yes, Americans are very malnourished!
