Re: Day 3 of water fast (going for 5-7 days)

Plasticat, can you tell me which of Shelton's books that was in? I don't recall reading anything like that. But I wish he were alive today so I could show him what used to be a 4"-5" scar on my leg that literally shrunk to half it's size. And a dime sized scar on my forearm that I CAN'T show him because it's no longer there after doing two 40 days fasts a couple years ago. I'm gearing up to do another fast and I hope to see (what remains of the scar on my leg) continue to diminish. Don't give up hope. Tweet
