Thanks. Apparently, the pharmacy here doesnt have neomycin anymore. So they recommended Metronidazole as it has more or less same effects like Neomycin.

They told me to take 2 tablets daily, morning and before bedtime. I know that Antibiotics shouldnt be taken on an empty stomach in the morning, but was your son taking it before or after food?
