If it comes in a package and/or has a list of ingredients or more then 1 ingredient it is poison. Get your foods from the market if your city has any, not the grocery stores. Hardly anything in a grocery store is good for your health, unless you put it in the soil and grow something on it. One exception may be fruits and foremost the fruits you gotta peel, but still grocery stores tend to choose the LARGEST fruits which really have relatively little nutrition and mostly just water and grocery stores usually store their foods for a long long time which reduces the nutrients of the foods. Little fruits are much tastier and then the big ones. The big ones are almost always 99% water and a little taste.
