When I work on a physical issue and it doesn't budge, 80-90% of the time there is something emotional holding it in place. How is this possible? Most people get headaches, neck , back, and shoulder pain after something stressfull happens to them. Is it possible to relieve emotional issues that trigger phsyical conditions? Absolutely. What were the events that happened to you right before you got this pain in your hand/arm/shoulder?
