Right now I am eating kimchee although I am
receiving another fermentation set up which
will allow me to make other fermented veggies
in a shorter period of time. Previously, I
made sauerkraut but it took 6 weeks to ferment
and I love kimchee too much to not want to use
my fermenting crock to make it in only 5-6

If you check out these other posts on
fermenting you may also desire to try
using this way to restore your good gut
flora. I like the veggies much more than
dairy based ways like kefir or yogurt.
