tapeworm won't go

hiya

can anyone confirm what the white sunflower seeds things are in my poo they are different sizes and are definatly not seeds that i have eaten they are all perfectly formed. i think they are something to do with a tapeworm i have lots of them. if it is a tapeworm how do i kill it once and for all i have tried humaworm and am now taking mms and will do another humaworm??
any help or experience greatly appreciated???
