bloating and swelling

yes, i was wondering if anyone can help me... i have posted on this site several times and i had my mirena removed in april.. and each month im getting worse instead of things getting better... i didnt feel this bad til i had my mirena removed.... had all these symptoms w/iud and now they are getting worse...

moody
restlessness
weight gain and more weight gain, feel real pudgy and bloated all over
feet and really whole body swelling... this morning i got up and my feet and legs are so swollen that they dont want to bend to walk... my skin on legs feels like it tearing when i sit down... i have been dieting still, well eat healthy and i walk each day and drink water all day and took a prescribed fluid pill this morning but no such luck with swelling... its so bad cause i go to sleep at night and wake up and my body is even fatter... my stomach hurts when i sit up on the left upper side and i just got so upset this mornin cause my jean were even tighter than before and its bad when your clothes dont fit but when you cant even fit in your shoes is horrible... i just want to shut myself up in house and not come out...

can somebody please help me or offer me suggestions on what to do... i have no $$ or no insurance so i cant go to dr.. i just feel like i have something growing inside me like tumor or huge uterus or something... i dont know...
