What is that about the greens, they are poisonous? wow.

I did not realize they had restaurants.

I make almond milk. take a cup of soaked almonds and put in blender just the almonds and add 4 cups of water and blend for 3 min on high speed. drain the residue off and put the milk in individual packs and freeze. so when you want to make a smoothie it is ready. I also use to make soups and other things with. Like cauliflower and goat cheese.

If you want milk quickly put one cup of water in blender and 2 T of almnds and blend for 2 minutes and just use. I do not drain.

I am not sure why it goes rancid but it does. I hate to see recipes where they use flax to cook with. My mom bought some butter with flaxseeds and I told her to throw it out and she got mad.

I think there basic diet is good, as I have read many sites. I forgot to tell you that I eat alot of nuts (no more than 2 oz of nuts as this is your protein and not too much protein is good) and pumpkin seeds. Like when I leave the house I put a small bag of pumpkin seeds in my purse. It is cheap and a great snack.

I believe meat is the downfall of the human race. Red meat is proven to be a cancer agent and the News says no more than once a week the size of your fist. Chicken no more than 2 times week, and forget fish, it is full of poisons. All the doctors are switching to no fish. They say it is ok if you get organic but there are so many liars, how can you trust them.
