I had vertigo for a few weeks. It was related to sinusitis which could be traced to Mirena. Did you have sinus problems? Took Meclizine for vertigo and Flonase (Afrin for a couple days) for sinus issues. I think even a steroid. Now though, I just use saline nasal spray and I'm ok Tweet
