Well, I don't have insomnia! I've been tired all day. I could have fallen asleep earlier this morning, except that the weird circulation thing kept waking me up.
As to sleeping, I was a big stomach sleeper, but chiropractors told me lying on my front that was bad, it should be sides and back. So, I switched to sides and back. When I messed up my neck, I temporarily had to go with back only. Sides is generally okay, but it sure makes your arms go to sleep faster if you've already got them falling asleep!
