Re: Dang dental costs!!!!

The dentist spent about two or three hours a day to earn $200-$300. While my mouth was numbing he did other work. He had some sort of hand held machine for curing the resins. He used one shot of novacaine to numb the area around the two-three teeth area he was working on. He put in a dam and then drilled the old fillings out down to my roots. Am not sure how much a few grams of resin filling costs. Time will tell. Most of the mercury is gone; am not sure what traces might remain. If I got really cheap materials in my teeth I might be back to a dentist again. I am almost 50 and might outlive the dental work. The dentist was very gentle in doing the work.

A hundred dollars an hour in Mexico is not much as there were few patients. It is worth more than in the United States as the people were very poor and many had to take the bus instead of drive cars.
