Need amalgam removal in Mexico

I need to have 13(lots) Amalgam fillings replaced. I don't have the money to do it here, Mexico may be my only option. But I definitely believe that the work is often not up to to the standard I need. I have several health problems and especially can't afford to compromise my immune system. There is a dentist called Dr. Roberto Villafana. Has anyone gone to him or know anything about him? I sent him an email and he responded, but I am not sure about him. I need a biologic dentist, does anyone know anyone in Mexico. This Dr. Villafana charges about 150 to 200 per tooth, removal and then replacement.
