Well, the water tastes just fine....and I am following the drink when thirsty regimen and am not really keeping track of how much I consume daily. It isn't a whole lot.
I have been telling myself that the worse my food cravings or other detox symptoms are, the more it proves that I need to be doing this fast.
The worst is when I have to prepare food, as I have always been a "taste as I cook" type of person, and it is so hard not to nibble or lick my fingers!
