iodine, born, selenium, tamarind, and maybe some large particle calcium that will stay in the intestinal tract like some coarse oyster shell or similar. a little cap of crushed but not powdered calcium put in the stomach repeatedly throughout the day can be available to absorb free fluoride. the selenium(selenothethionine) will take care of the bloodstream.
i love tamarind. i ate some recently for the first time and can see why kids like them. they are like giant peanuts with sweet persimmons inside. those thai kids are lucky.
