Is the recommendation to eat lean meats/organ meats raw?
I have been eating what I thought was a healthy diet of fruits, veggies, some fish but mostly vegan. I do not feel healthy with this diet. (Obviously not, I am anemic).
But, I muscle tested for fungus. So now I am really confused. Barefoot says fruits and veggies only. This has not worked for me. But, the other big one was raw, I can do raw eggs and fish and I know that I can do rare meats, but I don't know that I can do raw.
I am truly confused and feel overwhelmed by all of this. Any thoughts?
