Hi I can say that what you are describing as far as sleep is exactly what I experience with hard die-off. I hate it...but in my experience that is die-off. The 3 am is just what I experience, I contribute it to liver.
I will take:
epson salts (love this stuff...I am weird I know) it really calms down die-off for me.
lemon in water
hot baths (that will help in the middle of the night...if not to sleep at least rest my body a little)
kombucha tea helps me to calm down...supposed to be good for the liver. I drink 1/4 cup and it relaxes me like wine...without the hang over feeling.
Castor oil pack on my liver.
I take olive oil and lemon in water as a daily detox...that has been helping my liver.
If die-off goes on too intensely for too long I will lower my HW dose, for a day or so. I am so sensitive that I find I have to stair-step up on my HW dose.
