According to Schauburger, exposing immature (eg. distilled) water to light was a bad way to go, but needed to steep underground and come up through springs in forests for maximum power. I'm not sure that was the whole story, but I think there's much more we need to learn about how to really use water. If it tastes sweeting after sitting outside, something good is happening.
Maybe you could try setting your water near orgonite when you bring it in. One thing I plan to do in the near future is make an orgonite plate to set the distilled water jug on and see if that makes a difference.
