The ONLY sure Candida Testing

I went through the Candida labrinth. I went without Sugar and starch for 300 days, unnecessarily. The only truly accurate way to test for current systemic Candida is to have a stool test done. ND's and Dr's hesitate to do it because its expensive and not as easy as other tests. The other test given to me only indicated if I had the antibodies for systemic Candida, the antibodies stick around for many, many months after you have eliminated systemic Candida.
