I bought a new scale last weekend. It is a weight watchers with weight, BMI, bodyfat lbs, bodyfat percentage, and H2O percentage. It has been very interesting as I progress on my watercure program. My wife's percentage was about 55% and I was about 44%. In the manual, they mention 65% being normal for men. While drinking Seasalt and water as specified, my H2O percentage keeps climbing every day and my weight is now going down and my BF is also going down. It has been fun to see it happen in detail, and I'm putting the numbers each day into a spreadsheet to graph it later.
I know these are not known for accuracy and I don't care what the actual number is, but it seems to be faily consistent. If I do the measurements 5 times, they are the same every time.
