how long before do you start this new diet for the liver cleanse?

when do you have to start this new diet for the liver cleanse? how long before, if you do , and does anyone have any specific diets they do? - preferably taste good ;)

for clark's liver cleanse is meat and cooked food not allowed? only raw? im a bit confused.. :S Tweet
