Re: Water or Master Cleanser....Not Sure
Apparently, this is a topic that is going to be controversial.
I believe stating your own opinion, and respecting others, is a much better way to express your self, rather than demanding ONLY you are correct, or replying that something someone else has said is "BS".
I am getting a kick out of the anonymous posters who like to swing by and show their ignorance, quite amusing.
I am not the controversial type, I state my opinion in some cases and then move on. Not one for debating with people who do not know the rules of debate.
Water is not "digested" there is nothing in it to be broken down, it is absorbed almost immediately. (fact)
Chewing gum or rinsing with mouthwash your body absorbs the chemicals within it. (artificially sweetened gum? Yuck. Artificial sweeteners are so bad for you!) Therefore passing any toxins onto the blood stream. Chewing gum activates saliva which in turn activates digestion. Hence, hunger pains could return. Making the fast a little more difficult.
Now, that is MY opinion, "I" chose not to chew gum, or rinse with anything but water. For hygiene I use Tom's Of Maine toothpaste and deodorant. Using a natural soap for body wash.
