Well, my GB was totally blocked and the bile toxic so my recovery was pretty rapid (within 2 weeks). I think my body was just so happy to be rid of all that toxic stuff. Don't be disheartened, everyone is different. You will get better. You may want to think about bowel cleansing too. I did really strict cleansing (diet, herbs and enemas) for 3 months leading up to my first flush so that probably helped. Tweet
