I've managed to stay mostly raw and I've become addicted to Green Smoothies! I do have my occassional weakness when the chocolate Ice Cream whispers to me. But for the most part, once I've had only a few bites I'm good to go. Fasting really did change my taste in food. I used to LOVE Diet Dr. Pepper and now I can't even go near it. I think it comes down to making a lifestyle change. You can't expect to lose the weight and jump right back into the same old junk food you had previously. I do allow myself to "indulge" in some of the old foods I still do crave, but just one day a week. That may not work for all people, but it's worked for me.
