court dismisses cell phone cancer claim

According to Bill O'reily ,the court dismissed a suit which alleged that Cell Phone s caused brain cancer . The grounds for dismissal were that the level of radiation emittted by Cell Phone s is below the maximum allowed by law and therefore the plaintiff had no case. In other words it was irrelevant whether or not the plaintiff could show that these phones cause cancer (and bore everyone in the vicinity).
