Hi Jen. I am really sorry to hear that. You have been very supportive to me, so I hope now I can return the favour. Breaking up is a pretty traumatic thing, so give yourself a bit of slack. I know that stress is very difficult to cope with when fasting, so I am sure this is the problem. I once was under stress because I was with someone that was totally stressed out. It drove me crazy. My advice is to lie down, shut your eyes, and relax.

Only thing is the relationship issue can't simply be shut away, like I got away from my stressful friend. It will take time to work through. But think of how much better you will look and feel.

If you decide to eat, don't worry, like I said stress can break a fast, I have felt it. Took me 2 days to recover. You know there's plenty of time to fast and look how far you have come already. I find it hard to believe when I knew your story. This is just part of life. You'll get there.
