That's great. Unfortunately hypertensive people that are salt sensitive are in the minority, but I think everyone should delete table salt from their diet. We all of course get good organci sodium from a healthy Diet which is necessary for life. I myself have had to resort to Water Fasting which is much more difficutlt than dietary changes. Those reading of yours are ideal. Hooray for you. Deleting salt is a good place for everyone to start. BTW, a four day Water Fast will completely desalt the body, but for many is difficult.
