Hi Loosie,
the answer is yes, your remaining fat stores will be toxemic free.

Just because you have fat cells does not mean that they are toxemic after a long fast, and where elimination has been completed.

Autolysis is very discerning, as it will "weed out" the effluent materials whilst living on fat and other food stores and where this will leave "clean" fat cells.
Just because you or I have some fat to spare, does not mean we are toxemic at all.
