While we are on this topic Chris there is a question I have always meant to ask you.
Right now I weigh around 9 stone (126 pounds). My ideal weight is 100 pounds because I am only 5 foot 2 with a very small frame. If I lose 20 pounds through diet and then did a 6-day fast to lose the extra 6 pounds ... would that be the same as fasting for 26 days to lose the whole 26 pounds through fasting?
What I mean is .... as long as I am fasting to burn fat, am I still healing or am I basically eliminated 26 pounds worth of toxins and fat.
If I lost 20 pounds through dieting and then did a 6-day fast to lose the last 6 pounds, which would be better health wise? Do you see what I am getting at?
To put it another way. Let's say a man weighs 300 pounds and loses 100 so that he ends up at 200 pounds. Would he be healthier if he lost the 100 pounds through healthy eating or if he fasted for 100 days. Or is there no difference.
