I really dont know if i'm lactose intolerant or not, but after doing the saliva test, things look towards the positive side. Knowing so, i've stopped my diary intake since the last 3-4 months and havent as yet noticed any difference. No more diary milk/cheese/yogurt/bread..
Now i'm starting to think otherwise and really dont want to consume on diary products. What are the alternatives i've since i need to put on weight to some extent. Are these any good or they contribute to BO equally:
- Soya milk (lactose free)
- Fresh yogurt from cows milk(pasteurised and homogenised. With live culture)
