I use their Gold label for eating
and oil-pulling and for my face. I
mix a drop of lavender oil with
about a dime size of coconut oil
and smooth on. One must be careful
not to get it to close to your eyes
if you have an essential oil in it.
For oil-pulling, a tablespoon of
coconut oil tastes like dessert~!

I love the Gold label but cooking
with it, the coconut flavor can be
a bit overwhelming. I've made brownies
with it and it is as if they are
coconut brownies. The lighter oil
is not so heavy on the coconut smell
but is still organic.

I have jars of their Coconut Cream
but wonder how you use it?? I eat it
off a spoon after laboriously mixing
it. I wonder if you have a favorite
way of using it?? When I ordered it,
I was expecting a Coconut product I've
used often, not Tropical Traditions,
which is basically a powder, rich in
oil and pure coconut. I sprinkled it
on everything.

I like the shredded coconut and will
mix a tiny piece of organic dark
chocolate or the organic chocolate
morsels in a pan on the stove with a
tablespoon of shredded coconut to make
basically a "Mounds" type treat. I
especially like that the coconut does
not have any Sugar added. I will take
the bigger coconut pieces and poke a
spoon full in my mouth and chew it
like gum. I make coconut bread with
the shreds but have not tried the
coconut flour yet. I try not to fill
up my diet with baked goods but when
I make them, woo, are they delicious
and I feel that using the coconut oil
makes them a healthier version of some
old favorites.
