I've tried acupuncture - didn't work for me. I've tried everything. I did a 14 day Water Fast and it was the easiest time I had quitting after I made it through the first three days. Unfortuantely after i gradually returned to my poor eating and lifestyle habits i also began smoking again. Water Fasting made me feel the best I have ever felt in my life and resolved some chronic inflammation issues with my body. nicotine seems to have a deeper posioning of my mind and I'm hoping a longer fast will help me overcome my nicotine poisoned mind as well as resolve some other lingering health issues that my shorter 14 day fast didn't.
Did your cravings completely vanish with the acupuncture or did you have other tricks to conquer the cravings?
