I love food too and it was so difficult to start on a "DIET". But my life depended on it, like most people we don't realize the shape our body is in until we have the wake up call, such as a heart attack.
Guys that was me, 11 years ago I had a heart attack and KABOOM. The doctor's first words was you have to loose weight. So it was a gradual process and not easy. I use to weigh 225 pounds and now I weigh 149. So I am at a good place.
